Subprocessors

Who we are. Vitrio is a trading name of Vitrio Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17515286. We are based in Sheffield, United Kingdom. You can reach us at ebujoe007@gmail.com.
These are the companies Vitrio uses to run the service and that may process personal data in a customer's workspace or in our own records. Each is bound by a written agreement with data protection terms. The Data Processing Agreement explains how we add or change them: we give customers at least 30 days' notice, and a customer can object.

Optional AI providers
Used only where a laboratory administrator has allowed outside AI in Settings, under AI and data. When it is off, nothing is sent to them.

Connections a laboratory switches on itself
A laboratory can connect its own accounts at other services, such as Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, or an SMS provider (Africa's Talking or Termii), to receive alerts or export documents. Data goes there only when the laboratory sets up the connection and chooses what to send, so these services act on the laboratory's instructions rather than as Vitrio's subprocessors. Their own terms apply.
