Your lab data, wherever you work
Vitrio is built to be connected, not to be a silo. Pull any record into Excel or Google Sheets, get told the moment something happens, feed a BI dashboard, or wire Vitrio into thousands of other apps with no-code tools — all without waiting on us.
What you can connect today
Available connection methods require setup for your laboratory. Provider accounts, credentials and permissions must be configured before data or alerts can flow. An app logo does not mean an account is already connected.
Data export Available
Download any dataset as an Excel-ready CSV, or your whole lab as one ZIP. Schedule the finance team's invoice list or the manager's stock sheet to land in their inbox every day, week or month.
Open REST API Available
Versioned, paginated, with incremental sync (modified_after), safe retries (Idempotency-Key) and read-only keys that can never change your data. Reports, invoices, budgets, specimens, QC, cold chain and more.
Signed webhooks Available
More than twenty events — order placed, delivery rejected, invoice paid, temperature excursion, specimen stage, CAPA closed — pushed to your URL, signed and timestamped, retried when your system is down, with a delivery log and a resend button.
Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, IFTTT, Pipedream Available
Paste the address your automation tool gives you and every Vitrio event can start a workflow — a row in Google Sheets, a Xero or QuickBooks entry through your own automation, a CRM task, an SMS. Vitrio tests the connection first and shows you whether messages are really arriving.
Sensors & data loggers Available
Temperature loggers, Wi-Fi sensors and automations can post readings straight into Vitrio, where they are checked against the storage range and open an excursion with a team alert if they are out — so everything that happens in the lab is captured in one place.
One-click chat apps Available
Connect Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Google Chat, Telegram or Mattermost by pasting one address. Vitrio sends a test message first, then posts urgent stock, temperature, quality and purchasing updates as readable messages — no code, no server.
Live Sheets, Excel & Power BI Available
Create a private live feed for any dataset and paste it into Google Sheets, Excel or Power BI once. It refreshes by itself and stops the moment you remove it.
Accounts & calendar Available
Authorize Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace when provider credentials are configured. Account authorization does not automatically synchronize files. Spreadsheet data uses the live feeds above; calendar apps can subscribe to a private compliance feed. WhatsApp and SMS alerts require a configured messaging provider.
Connect it with the tools you already have
Zapier, Make and n8n can each receive a Vitrio webhook and act on it. Three recipes you can set up in minutes:
Paid invoice → Google Sheets row
In Zapier or Make, add a Catch Hook trigger and copy its URL. In Vitrio open Integrations → Webhooks, subscribe that URL to Invoice paid, press Send test event, then add a "Create spreadsheet row" step.
Delivery rejected → WhatsApp / email
Subscribe a Catch Hook to Delivery rejected and add a "send message" step. Your purchasing team hears about a failed inspection within seconds, not at the next stock check.
Live dashboard in Power BI or Looker Studio
Create a read-only API key, then point your BI tool's web connector at /api/v1/invoices/ (or any resource). Use modified_after so refreshes only fetch what changed.
