Who we are. Vitrio is a trading name of Vitrio Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17515286. We are based in Sheffield, United Kingdom. You can reach us at ebujoe007@gmail.com.
Vitrio uses only what it needs to keep you signed in, keep forms safe and remember your choices. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. This page lists what we set so you can check it.
Strictly necessary
These are required for the service to work and cannot be switched off. They do not need consent.
| Name | What it is for | Lasts |
|---|---|---|
sessionid (cookie) | Keeps you signed in and holds the state of a sign-in that is part way through (for example waiting for a two-factor code). | Until you sign out, or 8 hours |
csrftoken (cookie) | Protects forms from being submitted by another website. | Up to 12 months |
vitrio_cookie_ack, vitrio_cookie_choice (browser storage) | Remember that you have seen the privacy card and which choice you made. | Until you clear your browser data |
Preferences you set
Your browser stores small settings that make the application easier to use, for example light or dark appearance, whether a list is shown as a board or a table, and which quick choices you used last. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.
Visit statistics (optional)
If we switch on visit statistics for the public website, we use a privacy-focused service that counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. It loads only after you choose Accept all (or turn it on under Manage preferences), and never when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. At the time of writing it is not enabled and the privacy card says so.
Changing your choice
Choose Cookie information in the footer of any public page to open the privacy card again. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings; you will be signed out and asked again. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies will stop sign-in from working.
For how we handle personal data more generally, see the Privacy Policy.
