Referral activity, never clinical results
Track exactly what you need — referral status, eligibility, and settlement standing — without ever seeing (or being responsible for) a result value, report, or attachment. Patient references are masked by default. This isn't a UI choice: the endpoints that would expose a result simply don't exist.
