Vitrio — Terms of Service
Service operator: Vitrio is a trading name of Vitrio Limited, registered in the United Kingdom under company number 17515286. Location: Sheffield, United Kingdom. Contact: ebujoeebujoe007@gmail.com.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Vitrio ("the Service"), a multi-tenant laboratory operations management platform. By creating or using a Vitrio account, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the company ("Company") that provisioned your account.
2. Accounts & Access
Vitrio is provisioned company-by-company: a System Admin creates each Company (tenant) and its first Lab Admin account. That Lab Admin may then add further staff accounts (Technician, Procurement Officer, Viewer) scoped to their own Company. Supplier accounts are portal-only and can access nothing beyond their own quote and message history. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Data Isolation
Every Company's data — inventory, test consumption logs, procurement records, supplier communications, and audit trails — is logically isolated from every other Company on the platform. We do not share one Company's data with another.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to store data you are not authorized to hold, to attempt to access another Company's data, or to use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.
The optional public support chat is also covered by the Chat Assistant User Agreement. Please read it before using the assistant.
5. Data Retention
Operational data (inventory records, consumption logs, audit trails) is retained for the duration of your Company's active subscription plus a reasonable grace period, after which it may be deleted upon request or account closure.
6. Your Rights
You may request an export of your Company's data, or deletion of your account, by contacting your Lab Admin or System Admin.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When a change is substantive, you will be asked to explicitly accept the revised terms again before continuing to use the Service.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be directed to ebujoeebujoe007@gmail.com. Your laboratory administrator can help with account-specific questions.
